This panel discussion will consist of three panelists, a pediatrician, obstetrician, and nursing officer, on the topic of the Mother‑Newborn Care Unit (MNCU) Experience in India: A Paradigm Shift in Care of Small and Sick Newborns. They will discuss three important issues: (1) MNCU evidence to practice, (2) MNCU obstetrician's perspective, and (3) MNCU nurses' experience.
