Thank you for joining us for IMNHC 2023!

In May 2023, more than 1,700 stakeholders from over 95 countries came together to accelerate solutions to improve maternal and newborn survival and prevent stillbirths in a coordinated and inclusive manner.

The first biennial International Maternal Newborn Health Conference (IMNHC), brought to you by the maternal and newborn health community and AlignMNH, was held in Cape Town, South Africa May 8-11, 2023 and will be held every two years afterwards to maintain our global progress towards improving maternal and newborn health.

To ensure an engaging and robust conversation, the program included abstract  programming, drawing from science and evidence, and concurrent thematic content, drawing from programmatic experience and lessons learned in atypical session formats. Additionally, there were official satellite events as well as a technical marketplace.
